Lord Baden's Boys

We've been at the National Jamboree since this past monday, a troop of about 40. It is hot, humid and muggy. The weather has been spastic, with flash thunderstorms, warnings of possible hail and sleet during the evening, as well as 100+ degreees.

To all those back home, not to worry. The news has supposedly been reporting that San Diegan Scoutmasters have been killed, of course we're all fine, as usual the news is misleading.

This why we use the buddy system.

Welcome to this fledgling blog. In this blog our troop will be able to post pictures and write about various trips and adventures we've been on. However, for the sake of appearances no bragging will be allowed about French girls met at Florida Sea Base. Scouters from within the troop and without it are welcome to e-mail me, the blogmaster, at dhillier2001@yahoo.com; send me pictures and stories to go with them and they'll get posted. Hopefully this site will inspire other troops that they too can do fun (read: insane) things.
